Foe keen to stay
Marc-Vivien Foe is desperate to prolong his stay at Manchester City. Foe is on loan at Maine Road from Lyon and City have until 15 March to let the French club know if they want to buy the midfielder.
The Cameroon international has scored seven times this season and would cost about £4m.
"Everything is in place for the club to grow into a force in English football," Foe told the Manchester City website.
"We have a great manager who has high ambitions and players who want to grow with each other and the club. Of course, I would like to be part of that.
"There is great potential even though we have been guilty of under-achieving in recent games.
"It`s out of my hands but I hope Kevin Keegan will come and say everything is okay and that he wants me to stay.
"The European dream may have ended and losing our last two games hasn`t helped.
"But the championship isn`t over and whatever my future here I want to make sure that we win as many games as possible between now and the end of the season."
