Cameroon cautious over 2010 bid
The Cameroon FA, Fecafoot, has refused to be drawn on its support for a joint bid with Nigeria to host the 2010 World Cup.
Fecafoot president Iya Mohammed told BBC Sport Online that he was not prepared to commit to the idea until he had met with a 25-strong delegation from Nigeria on Friday.
"For the moment I think it`s too early to tell," Iya said.
"I think it will depend on the convincing power of the delegation."
And he added that at present he remained in the dark about various aspects of the bid.
"I think for some aspects of the bid we will have to adhere to the proposals of Nigeria, and for others there isn`t a clear-cut position," he said.
"I think it`ll all depend on the discussions we will have with the official delegation on Friday.
"The government, the minister, and ourselves are waiting for the delegation."
