Troussier in for Morocco post
French coach Philippe Troussier is in talks with the Moroccan FA, although there is no indication as to what position is being discussed.
Troussier, who coached Japan to the second round of the World Cup finals, has been linked in the Moroccan media with the job of head coach.
Badou Zaki is currently the man in charge and has just named his squad to face Senegal in a friendly.
"Negotiations are underway with Philippe Troussier, but there`s no plans for him to visit Morocco soon," said Mohamed Moufid, secretary general of the Moroccan FA.
In December, Troussier said "five or six national teams," including Ireland, have approached him.
But the Football Association of Ireland denied having contacted Troussier, describing his claim as "a figment of his imagination."
Troussier has managed the Ivory Coast, Nigeria and Burkina Faso.
His Nigerian team reached the World Cup finals in 1998, a feat he matched with Japan last summer.
