Any country that does not subscribe to the convention will be excluded from all international sports competitions and even national competitions.
The Minister on his part, called on the members to put in place an ad hoc committee which will work with the representatives of the different administrations present and to ensure harmony between the World Anti Doping Code and the different ministerial departments and the legislation of Cameroon. He also said they should propose ways and means for an effective harmonisation in cases where there will be antagonisms between the World Anti Doping Agency and the rules and regulations of our country, create centres of intervention in each ministry and to put in place national anti doping committee. The work done by the various adhoc committees is expected to be presented on Monday June 7, 2004 in the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
