Ghana have been knocked out of the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations after losing 3-2 to Comoros on Tuesday night.

Algeria
Complete with the alpha move of having two stars above the crest to signify their two AFCON victories, the defending champions have gone for a reasonably basic home shirt here. It feels quite template-y, a very similar vibe to Russia’s Euro 2020 kit but with a couple of solid green panels running from armpit to hip, and a mottled pattern background.
None of this makes it bad, per se — just a little plain and without the sleeve detail that have made Adidas’ other recent efforts so pleasing. Still, they won the recent Arab Cup in this one, so if linking aesthetics with success is a thing, then they’re onto a winner here, too.
