Match report: Bolton 1-0 Spurs
Monday`s win was Bolton`s second victory in succession and they have now picked up 11 points from a possible 18.
"The players are ecstatic in the dressing room," said manager Sam Allardyce.
"It makes a nice change to win a game right at the end.
We`re on a bit of a roll
Sam Allardyce
"We got what we deserved and this is three massive points for us. We are now looking up, not down.
"We`re on a bit of a roll now having lost just once in six matches, as are West Ham and Birmingham. It is Leeds who look vulnerable."
Leeds, who have won once in nine matches, are now just two points ahead of Bolton.
The spot kick was awarded after Gary Doherty brought down Youri Djorkaeff.
"If we play all the games like this we can survive," Djorkaeff insisted.
"I`m very happy because it`s the first time we have won two games together and it`s very important for morale."
