Cameroonian midfielder Alexandre Song has admitted that he turns to his uncle, Rigobert Song, for advice.
The Arsenal youngster joined the English rivals Charlton on loan in January and made a promising debut at Manchester United earlier this month.
Rigobert Song, a Cameroon international, has been a big influence on his nephew`s career and the 19-year-old says he regularly turns to the former Liverpool defender for advice.
He said: "I speak to him all the time and always call on him for advice.
"He`s a good
person to talk to because of his experience in England and I can ask him anything, depending on situations."
However, Song claims he is a very different player to his uncle, the current Cameroon captain who now plays for Turkish giants Galatasary, with whom he qualified for this season`s Champions League group stages.
He added: "It`s not easy at times because my uncle is a good player in Africa. Some people say we are the same as footballers but we are different.
"He was a good defender but I think I have a little bit more technique."
