ELEVEN Points why the FIFA Penalty is not Fair-Play
1. FIFA knew. FIFA has been informed by the kit provider PUMA long before.
2. FIFA approved and signed-off the new one-piece kit design. Following the FIFA approval system, the
local governing body, CAF (Confederation of Africa Football) also authorized the new kit. See evidence
material that prove this fact online.
3. The games commission is accountable. It is the commission that checks the outfit of the players
before they enter the playing field. Non-conform players should not be allowed to enter the field in the
first place.
4. Fair-Play. At the Confederations Cup 2003, Cameroon midfield general Marc-Vivien Foe died
tragically in the field. But Cameroon agreed to continue playing the tournament for the sake of Fifa and
fair play, which is the motto of Fifa.
5. The battle of branded sport article? FIFA’s own brand article sponsoring partner is ADIDAS.
Is Cameroon becoming a victim of a brothers fight PUMA vs. ADIDAS?
6. Revenge act? During the FIFA 2002 election, the opposing candidate to Mr. Sepp Blatter, was a
certain Mr. Issa Hayatou, who is (un)luckly a Cameroonian.
7. The real responsible. The football federation is not competent for supplies of the national teams, but
the Country’s Minister of Sports. Strickly speaking, the wrong people have been punished.
8. Worldwide indignation. More than one Million signatures from football lovers around the globe have
been gathered to support actions against these sanctions. Does public opinion counts for FIFA, which is
based in Switzerland, the land renowned by culture of involving its population for major decisions.
9. FIFA rule No. 4 is more than 100 years old. Is the FIFA oldfashion? It has been technically proved
that the new kit brings many advantages e.g. prevent against the dragging and pulling on the shirts. Is it
just not presentable for the FIFA that this innovation is being introduced by an African team?
10. The current disciplinary ruling has no precedent in the world of football. There have been many
scandals in the football world, but this ruling is out-of-range and this is why the whole world of sport is
outraged and scandalised.
11. Can FIFA claim to be clean of wrong doings, scandals and manipulations?
