Chelsea turn down Geremi appeal

The 26-year-old has found himself on the sidelines under manager Jose Mourinho and insists Wednesday that he must leave to find first-team football.
"I`m not satisfied at Chelsea because I am not playing," said the the 6.9 million pound signing from Real Madrid who had a 33-game loan spell at Boro in 2002-03.
"Mourinho is not giving me opportunities and I do not like being on the bench. I would prefer to leave and the option of Middlesbrough is excellent, because I have great memories of my stay there," said Geremi, who played in Saturdays FA Cup win over Scunthorpe.
But Mourinho`s assistant Steve Clarke said: "We want to keep everyone here, that is why we have the squad that we have. We have a lot of difficult matches between now and the end of the season and we will need everybody here."
