Nigeria beaten by Korea
South Korea 2-1 Nigeria
A second-string Super Eagles side has been defeated by Korea in the second of two friendlies.
Nigeria were hanging on for the draw in Pusan, but were scuppered by a goal in injury time.
After a scoreless first half, South Korea went ahead through a Kim Do-Hoon penalty.
But Nigeria came back three minutes later through Chukwu Ndukwe, who also scored in the first game.
Just as the match appeared to be heading for a draw, Lee Dong-gook headed home the winner in the dying seconds.
The two nations drew 2-2 in the first friendly match on Thursday in Daejeon.
Sunday`s match opened the new 54,534-seat multi-purpose stadium in Pusan, and is the fifth of ten new venues to be unveiled for the World Cup in South Korea.
The stadium, which is where the co-hosts will open their World Cup campaign, will also host the 2002 Asian Games next year.
